Job summary

Direct Freight Express Pty is seeking an experienced MR/HR Delivery Driver to service the Bairnsdale VIC area. The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday hours from 6:00am to 14:30pm, and overtime as required.

The candidate will perform 45-65 daily deliveries, conduct vehicle checks, handle freight documentation, and work within a small team. Essential MR licence, some forklift experience, and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum MR Manual Licence (Essential)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• Multi drop exp. in a similar company (minimum 12 months)
• No more than 8 demerit points on licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D & A test
• Be prepared to provide a current licence history report for the previous five years
• Able to provide at least two employment references
• Full permanent working rights

Responsibilities

• Perform 45-65 deliveries (general freight) daily, all of which will be hand unloaded
• 1-3 scheduled pickups per day
• Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assigned MR vehicle
• Maintain all freight, parcels and documentation
• Be able to work in a small team environment and take direction

Role:MR/HR Pick up & Delivery Driver

Expected Hours of Work: Full-time - Mon - Fri - 6:00am - 14.30pm (+ OT when required)

The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:

Perform 45-65 deliveries (general freight) daily, all of which will be hand unloaded

1-3 scheduled pickups per day

Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assignedMR vehicle

About you:
