Job summary

Direct Freight Express is seeking Pickup & Delivery Drivers with a C-Class licence in Australia. The role involves multidrop deliveries, some pickups, vehicle checks, and maintaining freight and paperwork.

Longstanding, nationwide company with strong customer focus invites applications. Applicants should have at least 12 months of multi-drop experience, be able to pass a pre-employment medical with D&A, provide a licence history for five years, and have full work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum multi-drop experience in a similar company.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D & A test.
• Be prepared to provide a current licence history report for the previous five years.
• Full work rights in Australia.
• Onsite parking available.
• Overtime paid (penalty rates).
• Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain.

• Perform multidrop deliveries (general/bulk freight) and some scheduled pickups
• Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assigned Manual vehicle
• Maintain all freight, parcels and documentation.

Role: Pickup and Delivery Drivers - Full C-Class Licence

Expected Hours of Work + Potential Overtime

• Tuesday and Friday :- 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:

• Perform multidrop deliveries (general/bulk freight) and some scheduled pickups
• Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assigned Manual vehicle
• Maintain all freight, parcels and documentation.

About you:

• Forklift Licence preferred/willing to obtain
• Multi drop experience in a similar company (minimum 12 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D & A test
• Be prepared to provide a current licence history report for the previous five years
• Full work rights in Australia
