Job summary

Range Workforce Solutions – Breakwater VIC is seeking an experienced MR Driver to join their team in Geelong, full-time. This is a permanent role with stable Monday-to-Friday hours and long-term employment.

You will drive MR vehicles, load/unload EPS products to building sites, and assist with manual labour. Immediate start available with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Current MR licence required.
• Experience driving MR vehicles with trailers desirable.
• Comfortable performing manual handling and loading/unloading.
• Ability to work hands-on and in a physically demanding role.
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Must be physically fit and safety‑mocused.
• Good communication and basic mobile phone skills.

Responsibilities

Pay & Hours

• $28.67 per hour – Full-Time
• All full-time entitlements, including annual leave, personal leave and superannuation
• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Potential overtime available
• Immediate start available

About the Role

This is a hands‑on driving role involving both MR driving and manual labour. You will be delivering EPS (expanded polystyrene) products to building sites and assisting with loading and unloading.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading trucks with EPS void formers and accessories
• Delivering products to building sites
• Hand unloading, stacking and securing products onsite
• Regular manual handling and physical work
• Following company and site safety procedures
• Using a mobile app for delivery photos and signatures

Full training on products and procedures will be provided.

What We're Looking For

• Current MR Licence – essential
• Previous manual MR driving experience – essential
• Comfortable with manual labour and unloading
• Experience driving with a trailer desirable
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Physically fit, reliable and safety-focused
• Good communication and basic mobile phone skills

This role is ideal for an experienced MR Driver who is happy to get out of the truck and work hands‑on.
