Job summary

Cotton On Group is hiring a Pick Team Leader for our Avalon Distribution Centre in Victoria. You will lead a team responsible for accurate and efficient order picking, coordinating with other functions to ensure smooth operations using established systems and SOPs.

The role requires driving performance, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting the team in meeting daily distribution targets in a fast-paced retail logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a high performing team.
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of online processes would be beneficial.
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Distribution Centre as a Pick Team Leader. You will be responsible for leading a team that picks orders to be dispatched with accuracy and efficiency. You will lead the growth and development of your team as they work with other functions to deliver smooth operations by using correct systems, equipment and Safe Operating Procedures, as well as performing other operational tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a high performing team
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of online processes would be beneficial
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks

AVAILABILITY

• We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary
