Job summary

C Cotton On Avalon DC is seeking driven Peak Casual Team Members for afternoon and night shifts during a busy seasonal period. Roles cover Ecommerce and Replenishment operations in our large 50,000 sqm distribution centre with 1,000 team members across 700 stores and 8 brands.

As a casual team member you may work across departments, adhering to Safe Operating Procedures and using standard warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Reliability, efficiency and attention to detail are essential.
• Previous picking experience in a warehouse is beneficial.
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks including lifting up to 15kg.
• Ability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift.
• Great team player and reliable teammate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Holiday Casual DC Team Members during our busiest time of the year for our afternoon and night shift! We have a wide range of warehouse roles available over the next couple of months within our DC.

By applying, you will be considered for roles across the below departments:

• Ecommerce: Our Online department helps deliver the products our customers love to doorsteps around the world, and you'll help ensure every order is picked, packed and processed with care.
• Replenishment: Our replenishment runners help keep the warehouse stocked and ready for the next day's operations by moving stock from reserve locations to pick shelves. You'll be on your feet throughout the shift, working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

Within all roles, you'll support your team and other functions to keep operations running smoothly by following Safe Operating Procedures and using the correct systems and equipment. Team members may work across a variety of departments depending on operational needs, providing a great opportunity to build new skills and gain experience across different areas of the warehouse. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail
• Previous picking experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 15kg
• Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
• Great team player

AVAILABILITY

We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary
Our PM Shift Teams are rostered on 12PM - 6:00AM with the potential of staggered start times.
