Cotton On Group is hiring a Pick Team Leader for our Avalon Distribution Centre in Victoria. You will lead a team responsible for accurate and efficient order picking, coordinating with other functions to ensure smooth operations using established systems and SOPs.

The role requires driving performance, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting the team in meeting daily distribution targets in a fast-paced retail logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a high performing team.
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of online processes would be beneficial.
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks.
