Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our client's busy location in Yennora, NSW. The role involves picking and packing orders, using RF scanners, and maintaining accuracy to meet daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will work Monday to Friday with shifts starting between 6:00am and 9:00am. A minimum of 1 year pick packing experience and the ability to achieve 98 picks per hour are required, along with reliable transport and a strong attention to detail.

About the Role

Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our client’s busy location in Yennora. Our client is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider delivering warehousing and distribution solutions for a wide range of well-known brands.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday, commencing between 6am to 9am

Key duties and responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately to meet daily targets
• Using RF scanners to process orders and track stock
• Labelling products and shipments
• Performing quality checks to ensure orders are correct and damage-free
• Manual handling and general warehouse duties, including keeping work areas clean and safe

Key requirements:

• At least 1 year of pick packing experience using RF scanners
• Ability to consistently achieve a KPI of 98 picks per hour
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly regarded
• Must have reliable transport and a commitment to the role
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday and weekends
• Flexibility to start shifts between 6:00am and 9:00am
