Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is recruiting reliable Pick Packers to support multiple clients in Western Sydney. The roles involve accurate picking, packing, and dispatch preparation with RF scanners and warehouse tech.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of pick packing experience, strong safety understanding, and the ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay is offered through National Workforce.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to pick, scan and process stock.
• Meet daily KPIs and productivity targets.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Sort, organise and replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Process returns using client systems.
• Perform manual handling up to 20 kg.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow safety procedures.

The Role

In a typical Pick Packing position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Using RF scanners and warehouse technology to pick, scan and process stock.
• Meeting daily KPIs and productivity targets.
• Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Sorting, organising and replenishing stock.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
• Processing returned goods using client-specific computer systems.
• Completing manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

To be successful for a Pick Packing position with National Workforce you must:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in pick packing or a similar warehouse role.
• Previous experience using RF scanners.
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable attitude and strong work ethic.
