Job summary

Labourforce is seeking motivated Morning Shift Pick Packers for the Coles Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek, Sydney. You will operate in a high-tech, automated warehouse and support an important retailer’s supply chain.

Role involves voice-pick or pick-to-light systems, physical duties, and strict safety and quality standards. Immediate start and steady hours are available in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded
• Comfortable working with technology and automation systems
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Labourforce is seeking motivated and reliable Pick Packers to join the Morning Shift team, supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated warehouse.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Morning Shift Pick Packer, you’ll play a key role in keeping Australia’s supply chain moving. You’ll work with advanced automation systems in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems
• Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems
