Coles Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) in Kemps Creek seeks experienced Pick Packers to join Labourforce. You will work in a high-tech, automated warehouse supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers. Role focuses on accurate picking using voice-pick or pick-to-light, packing, replenishment, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick packing or warehouse operations.
• Comfort with automation and voice-pick/pick-to-light systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems.
• Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems.
• Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment.
• Meeting daily pick rates and performance targets.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Following all safety and quality standards at all times.
