Job summary

Inter Industrial is seeking experienced and reliable Pick Packers for a busy Ravenhall warehouse. Early morning shifts from 2AM to 10AM with immediate starts and temp-to-perm opportunities.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, be physically fit to lift up to 20kg, and hold relevant licences where applicable. Reliable transport is essential due to early start times. RF scanning and pallet handling are core duties.

Qualifications

• Previous pick packing or warehouse experience.
• RF scanning and manual pick slip experience.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks highly regarded.
• Dockhand or manual loading experience advantageous.

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders

Multiple Positions Available – Immediate Starts!

Inter Industrial is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Pick Packers for a busy warehouse and distribution facility located in Ravenhall.

We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals with previous warehousing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

These positions offer competitive hourly rates, consistent shifts and temporary-to-permanent opportunities for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders

• Receiving, moving and replenishing warehouse stock

• Building stable, secure and accurately packed pallets for dispatch

• Operating electric pallet jacks

• RF scanning and manual pick slip processing

• Manual loading, unloading and repetitive lifting

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Working efficiently to meet daily picking and dispatch targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous pick packing or warehouse experience

• RF scanning and manual pick slip experience

• Experience operating electric pallet jacks highly regarded

• Dockhand or manual loading experience advantageous

• Previous cold storage experience highly regarded

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting up to 20kg

• Current forklift licence highly regarded

• Reliable own transport – essential due to early start times

• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or within a team

• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only
