Job summary

ASTAR Recruitment Pty is seeking motivated Pick Packers for a leading global logistics company in Willawong, Queensland. This is an immediate start casual role with consistent hours and a pathway to permanent employment, offering weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Daily duties include fast-paced packing with RF scanners and use of electric pallet movers, receiving stock, and keeping the warehouse clean. Shifts run 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with RF Scanners and pallet movers.
• Strong reading and numeracy skills.
• Reliable and punctual with can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners for packing and stock control.
• Use electric pallet movers to move stock.
• Receive stock, replenish, and perform putaways.
• Manual handling up to 20 kg; break down pallets.
• General warehouse maintenance and cleaning.

Daily Duties Include

Fast-paced Pick Packing using RF Scanners

Operating Electric Pallet Movers

Receiving stock, replenishments, and putaways

Manual handling: Breaking down pallets, Some lifting (up to 20kg), stacking, and wrapping boxes

General warehouse maintenance and cleaning

Shift Availability

Day Shift: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Availability: Monday to Friday

Overtime: Opportunity to earn extra $$$ for overtime requirement

To be successful for this role, you must possess the following

Previous warehouse experience (highly regarded)

Proficiency with RF Scanners and Electric Pallet Movers

Strong attention to detail and good literacy/numeracy skills

A "can-do" attitude, flexible to move between different sections

Reliability: You must be punctual and genuinely seeking ongoing work
