Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking dependable Pick Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. You’ll handle order picking and packing, use RF scanners and warehouse systems, and contribute to hitting daily KPIs in a safe, dynamic environment.

This role offers a day shift from Monday to Friday, with early starts and the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. Training is provided, and a supportive team backs your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick packing or warehouse roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse software is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable and able to start immediately or on short notice.

Your Week

• 38 hours, Monday to Friday – your weekends are your own
• Shift times: 5am–1pm – done by lunchtime, with your afternoons free
• Overtime available
• Steady, ongoing work

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and packing orders quickly and accurately
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to track stock
• Keeping things moving in a fast-paced warehouse
• Working with the team to hit daily KPIs
• Following safe work practices and keeping your area tidy

What You’ll Bring

• Pick packing or warehouse experience – preferred
• RF scanning or warehouse software experience – a bonus
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of workplace safety
• A strong work ethic and a reputation for turning up
• A willingness to learn new processes
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol and Police Check
