Labour Force Solutions seeks experienced Pick Packers for day shift in Warnervale, NSW. Roles involve packing in ambient, chiller and freezer environments with RF scanners and EPJ handling. You must be reliable, with cold storage experience and a current driver's license.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 06:00 AM–14:06 PM; pay is $36.55/hour plus freezer allowance. Training will be provided, and applicants must pass pre-employment tests.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is required.
• Cold storage experience (Freezer/Chiller) is essential.
• EPJ operating skills are required.
• RF scanning/voice picking experience mandatory.
• Must be physically fit for fast-paced work.
• Reliable transport and current driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners (Voice Picking experience highly regarded).
• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) safely and efficiently.
• Work across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer environments.
• Stack cartons on pallets with attention to weight distribution and safety.
• Follow Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute positively to the team.

We are currently seekingexperienced and reliable Pick Packersto join their high-performing warehouse team acrossAmbient, Chiller, and Freezer roomsfor their DAY SHIFT OPERATIONS.

This position will be working across all three sections of the business being the Ambient, Chiller and Freezer rooms, if you are unable to work in cold environments, please do not apply.

Position Brief Below:

• Shift will be Monday – Friday Day shift 06:00 AM - 14:06 PM
• Pay rate will be $36.55 per hour(plus Freezer Allowance)
• Picking Orders in the Ambient, Chiller and Freezer Rooms Via RF Scanners
• Utilizing Electric Pallet Jacks
• Training will be provided, if you are keen with a willingness to learn, flexible and looking for stable work

Your Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Prior experience in awarehouse environment
• Cold storage experienceessential (Freezer and Chiller rooms)

• Must beflexiblewith shift times when volumes increase
• Reliable transport and current driver’s license(public transport not readily available)
• Good communication skillsand team player attitude
• Two recentwork-related referencesrequired
• Must passpre-employment drug, alcohol & medical tests
