Baby Bunting is seeking a Pick Packer for its Casula store in Sydney, Australia. The role involves accurate picking, packing and dispatching of online orders in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work Thursday 4:00pm–9:00pm and Saturday 12:30pm–5:30pm, joining a supportive team and enjoying opportunities for growth. A focus on safety and customer service is important in this role.

Located in Casula’s established retail corridor, this store sits among a mix of homemaker and large-format retailers, creating consistent customer traffic throughout the day. The area is easy to access via the Hume Highway, with convenient parking available, and is also supported by nearby bus routes and train access from Casula station. With a selection of cafés, takeaway spots and shopping options close by, it offers a practical and well-connected setting for day-to-day work and breaks.

About The Role

As a Pick Packer, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing and dispatching of online orders. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
