Baby Bunting is seeking a Pick Packer for its Casula store in Sydney, Australia. The role involves accurate picking, packing and dispatching of online orders in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work Thursday 4:00pm–9:00pm and Saturday 12:30pm–5:30pm, joining a supportive team and enjoying opportunities for growth. A focus on safety and customer service is important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently to minimize delays in shipping.
• Conduct stock replenishment in-store to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including replenishing stock, returning mis‑picked goods, and ensuring clear pathways.
• Provide product knowledge, advice, and support to customers during their purchase transitions.
• Follow established safety procedures and actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.
