Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a reliable Pick Packer to join a leading pump manufacturing company in Marrickville, NSW. You will perform fast picking, packing and dispatching of pump components within a standard day shift (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on an ongoing casual basis with strong view to permanent employment.

• Experience: Prior pick packing or general warehouse experience required.
• Working Rights: Full Working Rights in Australia preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with manual handling and standing for the duration of the shift.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fast and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of pump components and parts.
• Unpacking incoming goods, checking deliveries, and organizing stock.
• Safe manual handling, including lifting and packing industrial components.
• Preparing orders using pick slips and labeling packages for courier pickup.
• Assisting with general warehouse keeping and maintaining a clean work area.
