Job summary

Polyaire, a leading air conditioning distributor, is seeking a Pick Packer (Storeperson) to support the Hazelmere branch. This hands-on role involves warehouse duties such as receiving, unloading, stock storage, and helping keep the site safe and tidy.

You will pick and pack orders, load and unload trucks, conduct stock checks, and work closely with the team to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Australian citizens or permanent residents are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised.
• Commitment to WHS safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming products following procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders accurately and promptly.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch products with attention to detail.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock checks.
• Assist with stocktaking and reconciliation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Collaborate with team to optimise operations.
• Safely load, unload, and deliver Polyaire products.
• Perform duties in a safe, courteous manner.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pick Packer (Storeperson) to join and support the daily of operations of our Hazelmerebranch!

This is a hands on position involving general warehouse tasks. You'll be picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks and keeping the warehouse tidy and safe.

What will your day look like?

• Efficiently receive, unload, and store incoming products according to company procedures
• Prepare and complete orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Pick and pack products for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain adequate supplies
• Assist with stocktaking and reconciliation processes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse operations
• Safe loading, unloading and delivery of Polyaire products ensuring company property is well looked after and maintained
• Undertake all duties in a safe responsible and courteous manner

What will you bring to the role?

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyCustomer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using warehouse management systems
• A valid Drivers Licence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse setting
