Job summary

Polyaire is seeking a Delivery Driver/Packer to support the Hazelmere branch with warehouse tasks and customer deliveries. You will pick and pack orders, load and unload trucks, maintain stock integrity, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding safety standards.

The role suits someone who enjoys a mix of delivery driving, hands-on warehouse work, and front-facing customer service, with a focus on accuracy and reliability. A valid driver’s licence and forklift eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong customer service and teamwork capability.
• Attention to detail in order fulfilment and inventory checks.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS.
• WH&S awareness in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store products following procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders accurately and promptly.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch with attention to accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
• Assist with stocktake and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Support with loading/unloading and delivery of products.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver/Pick Packer to join and support the daily operations of our Hazelmerebranch.

This is a dual-role position involving general warehouse tasks and delivering our products to our valued customers. You'll be picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, keeping the warehouse tidy and safe, and delivering products directly to our customers. This is a hands‑on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of delivery driving, warehouse work, customer service, and being out on the road.

What will your day look like?

• Efficiently receive, unload, and store incoming products according to company procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Pick and pack products for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain adequate supplies.
• Assist with stocktaking and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse operations.
• Safe loading, unloading and delivery of Polyaire products ensuring company property is well looked after and maintained.
• Deliver products to customers and safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to the established schedule.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Provide updates on delivery status and report any issues promptly.
• Undertake all duties in a safe, responsible and courteous manner.

What will you bring to the role?

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
• A valid Drivers Licence.
• Forklift License or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse setting.
