Job summary

Continental Patisserie Aust Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pick and Packers to join our team on a casual basis in Silverwater, NSW. This hands‑on role involves accurate picking, packing and labeling for delivery to customers, with attention to safety and quality.

You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, and cooperate with teammates to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and pick lists.
• Inspecting products for quality and damage before packing to ensure only items meeting our standards are shipped.
• Carefully packing products into boxes or containers using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Labelling and documenting packages with correct delivery information, order numbers and tracking details.
• Organising and stacking packed boxes in designated areas ready for collection and dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate records of picked and packed items to ensure order accuracy.
• Operating pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Following all company policies, procedures and health and safety protocols at all times.

As a Pick and Packer, you will be a key part of our operations team, working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount. What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Pick and Packer or in a similar warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable

• Strong attention to detail to minimise errors and ensure order accuracy
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift and carry items regularly, and stand for extended periods
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic numeracy skills for counting, measuring and record‑keeping
• Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours as required
• A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
• A current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential
