Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pick and Pack or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail to minimise errors and ensure order accuracy.
• Good physical fitness for repetitive tasks (lifting and standing).

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Inspecting products for quality and damage before packing.
• Packing products into boxes with appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Labeling and documenting packages with delivery information and tracking details.
• Organising packed boxes for collection and dispatch.
• Maintaining records of picked and packed items to ensure order accuracy.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and working with the team to meet targets.
