Job summary

Carbatec is hiring for a Queensland Fulfilment Centre role. You will pick and pack orders, put away stock, and locate items with accuracy. A team-focused attitude, reliability, and accuracy are essential. Opportunities for overtime exist, plus access to espresso, snacks, and a supportive work environment.

Candidates should have 3–6 months in picking/packing and stock putaway, strong English, and be physically fit for manual handling. Forklift LF license and reach truck experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months experience in picking and packing orders.
• Minimum 3–6 months experience in stock putaway and locating.
• High level of English proficiency required.
• Forklift LF license and reach truck experience preferred (pay adjusted based on qualifications/experience).

Responsibilities

• Availability to work a 9am–5pm Monday to Friday shift and occasional Saturday 8am–12pm.
• Unloading/loading pallets and managing container movements as needed.
• Work well in a team environment with reliable and punctual performance.
• Computer training provided as part of on-boarding.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.

We're looking for multiple motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy pick and pack Queensland Fulfilment Centre (QFC). This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to be part of a supportive team where your contributions matter.

Experience/duties required:

Availability to work a 9am-5pm Monday to Friday shift and the occasional Saturday 8am - 12pm

Minimum 3-6 months experience in picking and packing orders required

Minimum 3-6 months experience in stock putaway and locating required

A strong sense of reliability and punctuality

Must have a can-do attitude and be motivated

Physically fit to do manual handling - container unloading, loading/strapping pallets

Able to work well in a team environment

Computer Experience - Training provided

High level of English proficiency necessary

Forklift truck (LF) license and reach truck experience preferred (pay is adjusted based on qualifications/experience)
