The University of Notre Dame Australia invites applications for a Lecturer (Clinical Education Physiotherapy) in the School of Health Sciences, Sydney Broadway campus. This full-time continuing role focuses on supporting the Master of Physiotherapy program and enhancing clinical education through supervision, assessment and curriculum alignment.

The successful candidate will bring a strong physiotherapy background, current AHPRA registration and extensive experience in clinical education.

Qualifikationen

• A higher degree or equivalent clinical professional experience with recognised standing in the discipline of physiotherapy.
• Current, full registration as a physiotherapist with the Physiotherapists Registration Board under AHPRA.
• Significant and relevant clinical experience with NSW facilities, systems and culture.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical education and student placements, with strong administrative skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead within a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site support to enhance the clinical supervision and education skills of clinical education personnel.
• Advise students and participate in marking and assessment processes related to their preparation for clinical placements.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards in clinical education through quality improvement.
• Liaise with clinical education providers across NSW and other sectors and universities.
• Assist in developing and expanding clinical placement opportunities for undergraduates, including rural and multidisciplinary settings.
• Offer pastoral care and consultation to support student wellbeing throughout their clinical education experience.
