Job summary

Invigor Health is seeking an experienced private-practice physiotherapist to join Bondi Junction and Maroubra clinics. You’ll build a strong caseload within one clinical system and culture, delivering hands-on treatment and progressive rehabilitation.

You’ll operate across two established patient bases, work with active people and athletes, and participate in mentoring while developing greater clinical independence.

Physiotherapist | Up to $140K + Super | 30-Hour Pathway

We're looking for an experienced private-practice physiotherapist who wants to become an excellent clinician, build a strong caseload and be rewarded as they progress. You'll work across both our Bondi Junction and Maroubra clinics, giving you access to two established patient bases, a broader clinical team and greater variety in your caseload while working within one Invigor clinical system and culture. Our approach combines hands‑on physiotherapy with progressive strength and rehabilitation, supported by objective testing and well‑equipped gym‑style rehab spaces.

Key responsibilities

Provide hands‑on physiotherapy treatment combined with progressive rehabilitation

Objectively test and re‑test patients to assess improvement

Build and retain a strong caseload across both clinic locations

Participate in regular case discussion, clinical reasoning and rehabilitation planning

Develop strength and conditioning and late‑stage rehabilitation skills

Work with active people, gym‑goers, runners and musculoskeletal/sporting presentations

Contribute to the clinic's clinical system and culture

About you

At least one year of private-practice physiotherapy experience, ideally in Australia

Current AHPRA registration and appropriate Australian working rights

Experience treating active people, gym‑goers, runners and musculoskeletal/sporting presentations

Belief that good physio combines hands‑on treatment with progressive rehabilitation

Preference for objectively testing and re‑testing rather than guessing whether patients are improving

Want feedback and mentoring, but also want to develop greater clinical independence

Curious, coachable and serious about becoming very good at what you do

Starting salary of $80,000–$95,000 + super, depending on experience

Performance bonus structure creating a pathway to total earnings of up to $140,000 + super as caseload, performance and contribution develop

Progression towards approximately 30 total working hours without stepping backwards in earning potential

Protected CPD every fortnight, fixed in the diary

Two scheduled senior mentoring sessions every week

Regular case discussion, clinical reasoning and rehabilitation planning

Support developing strength and conditioning and late‑stage rehabilitation skills

Access to well‑equipped gym‑style rehab spaces including dynamometry, squat racks, leg press, Redcord and shockwave

Increasing autonomy as experience and confidence grow
