Radical Recruitment is partnering with a paediatric allied health provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a Physiotherapist on a flexible basis. You will deliver evidence-based paediatric physiotherapy across clinic, community, home, and school settings while joining a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports new graduates through mentoring and onboarding, with relocation assistance for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Physiotherapist, or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Passion for paediatric physiotherapy and family-centred practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Provide mentoring and supervision for new graduates and junior clinicians.

Radical Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded paediatric allied health provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a Physiotherapist on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to children and their families across clinic, community, home, and school settings within a collaborative, purpose-built multidisciplinary team. The role is open to new graduates through to experienced clinicians, with comprehensive onboarding and mentoring provided. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

About the Role

Based primarily within a modern, purpose-built clinic in Townsville, you will work with children and families across a broad range of developmental, neurological, and physical needs. You will conduct assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in a variety of settings including clinic, home, school, and early learning environments.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, family-centred care while building meaningful relationships with children, families, educators, and community stakeholders. Structured mentoring and ongoing clinical supervision are built into the role, with a generous professional development allowance available to support your continued growth.
