Job summary

Radical Recruitment partners with a well-established allied health provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a Speech Pathologist with a paediatric caseload on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to children across communication, developmental, and swallowing needs within a collaborative multidisciplinary team where quality client outcomes come before targets.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Pathology Australia registration or eligibility.
• Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
• Current QLD Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.
• A collaborative, family-centred approach to clinical practice.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full communication potential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology assessments and interventions to children.

Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established allied health provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a Speech Pathologist with a paediatric caseload on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a genuine opportunity to deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to children across communication, developmental, and swallowing needs within a purpose-built, collaborative multidisciplinary team where quality client outcomes come before targets. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and the role is open to new graduates through to experienced clinicians. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

About the Role

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver person-centred speech pathology assessments and interventions to children and their families in a purpose-built clinic setting. You will work closely with families, carers, and community partners to identify goals, develop individualised intervention plans, and monitor progress toward meaningful outcomes.

Structured clinical supervision and professional development opportunities are built into the role, and the leadership team is genuinely invested in creating an environment where clinicians are supported to do their best work.

What are we looking for?

Current Speech Pathology Australia registration, or eligibility to obtain registration.
