FOCUS Physio & Co (Hawkesbury Allied Health Pty Ltd) – Glossodia NSW
Sound like you?
Big on people | Serious about growing | Allergic to being thrown in the deep end.
You’ve spent years learning how the body works. Now comes the fun part… figuring out how to help real people with real problems, without feeling like you’re supposed to know everything on day one.
At Focus Physio & Co, we believe great physios aren’t made by being left to sink or swim. They’re built through good mentoring, clinical curiosity, collaboration and a team that genuinely has your back.
We’re looking for a new grad physio who wants to learn, ask questions, build confidence and become the kind of clinician their patients trust.
Structured mentoring – Weekly mentoring meetings, to develop your clinical reasoning, build confidence and navigate the challenges that come with early-career practice.
Structured in-services – A planned approach to clinical learning, helping you build practical skills and connect the theory to everyday patient care.
CPD that counts – Inhouse learning, and also budget allocation for external training. We are committed to expanding your knowledge, and help you keep developing your clinical toolkit.
A collaborative team – Work alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and psychologists, sharing knowledge and working together to achieve better patient outcomes.
A workplace with personality – We're serious about clinical excellence, but we believe healthcare should be human to human. We work hard, support each other and don't take ourselves too seriously.
Someone who wants to keep learning, isn't afraid to ask questions and understands that becoming a great physio is a journey, not a box to tick.
You don't need to know everything. You do need to be willing to learn, think critically and put people at the centre of what you do.
We're a local Hawkesbury clinic focused on helping people get back to doing the things that matter to them. Now, we'd love to help you build the skills and confidence to make a real difference in their lives.
Come and meet the team. Let's have a chat about your future at Focus Physio & Co.
