The Opportunity

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing team. We welcome applications from new graduates through to experienced clinicians and can tailor the role, caseload and professional development opportunities to your experience, interests and career goals.
You’ll work with a diverse client base across our Sawtell/Toormina and Coffs Harbour clinics, with opportunities to develop your skills across musculoskeletal rehabilitation and other areas of clinical interest.
For experienced Physiotherapists, we’re keen to hear about the areas you’d like to develop or bring to our team. For new graduates, we provide a structured graduate program with extensive mentoring, education and support as you transition into private practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contribute to our collaborative team culture and ongoing clinical education.

• A qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration.
