Structured Mentoring | Varied Caseload | Up to $12K in Education Support
Starting your physio career? Start it somewhere that will back you.

Your first years shape the clinician you become. At Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy, we don’t throw new grads in the deep end. You’ll be supported, guided and encouraged every step of the way, with one goal: helping you become the best physio you can be.

More support.

More variety.

More opportunities to grow.

And enough energy at the end of the day to actually enjoy your life.

Mentoring that actually happens.
  • A structured new grad program that walks you through your first year step by step, from clinical reasoning and caseload building to communication and clinic systems
  • Extra support when you need it. Have a tricky patient or an unsure moment? Senior help is a phone call or a knock on the door away
  • Mentoring from our Senior Physiotherapist and Team Leader, plus our Masters-qualified APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 25+ years’ experience
  • Weekly clinical education and case-based learning sessions
  • 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-ups, so you have time to assess, think and educate
  • We're looking for a Physio to join our growing team and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our community.

If you're an early-career physiotherapist seeking mentoring and support, we'd love to hear from you.
