Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Nowra is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team across community, clinic and rehabilitation settings. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based plans and deliver client-centred care to improve function.

You will collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Nurses, maintain documentation, and participate in weekly mentoring and pathways into senior clinical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Your caseload here can span musculoskeletal assessment and treatment, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, and NDIS/disability-related physiotherapy — with the mix shaped around what you want to build more expertise in. You'll work across community, clinic and rehabilitation-based settings, backed by a multidisciplinary team rather than working in isolation.

YOUR CASELOAD MAY INCLUDE
