Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions seeks an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) in its Nowra clinic on the South Coast. Manage musculoskeletal rehabilitation and disability supports with the flexibility to steer your caseload toward your interests.

You will assess clients, develop tailored exercise programs, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve health, function and independence. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and thorough documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA.
• Minimum 2 years' NDIS experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Based in our Nowra clinic on the South Coast, you'll manage a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation and NDIS disability supports, with real input into which direction you specialise. Whether your background is more clinical rehab, more disability-focused, or a genuine mix of both, this caseload is built around your interests rather than a fixed rotation.

YOUR CASELOAD MAY INCLUDE

• Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• NDIS and disability support services
• Functional capacity improvement programs
• Neurological and physical disability rehabilitation
• Strength and conditioning programs
• Adult rehabilitation
• Paediatric exercise interventions
• Community and clinic-based services
