Optimum Health Solutions in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (or final-year student) to join our NSW-based allied health team. Your caseload spans NDIS participants of all ages, including functional assessments, AT decisions, home modifications, and therapy across paediatric and adult cohorts.
New graduates receive weekly mentoring and structured supervision; seasoned clinicians can specialise or progress into senior, leadership or specialist roles.
Your caseload here can span NDIS participants of any age - functional and assistive technology assessments, home modifications, hands-on therapy - and you have real say in which of those you do more of. Final-year students, new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are all genuinely in scope; new graduates get weekly mentoring and structured supervision from day one, and experienced clinicians get a caseload they can specialise or diversify, with a clear path into senior, leadership or specialist roles when they're ready for it.
Optimum has run allied health services across NSW and Tasmania for more than 20 years, with 14 clinics and a team of over 200 professionals - Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Registered Nurses all working alongside you, with plenty of room to learn from each other. New graduates get weekly mentoring and structured supervision; more experienced clinicians get structured pathways into senior clinical, leadership and specialist roles. Clinics are purpose-built, with sensory rooms, gyms and motor development spaces on site.
