Qualifications

• Physiotherapist with relevant qualification and board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fracture liaison activities including case-finding and initial screening.
• Assess mobility, deliver physiotherapy and individualised exercise plans.
• Deliver osteoporosis education and group exercise sessions.
• Coordinate referrals to medical, allied health and community services.
• Lead service evaluation, clinical reporting and pathway development.
