Northern Health in Melbourne's rapidly growing northern corridor seeks a Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join the Older Persons Care Hub. The role provides interdisciplinary assessment and intervention for older adults with frailty and falls risks, carrying a clinical caseload and conducting home visits.

This fixed term full-time position runs until December 2027, with workload across campuses and potential after-hours work. Emphasis is on evidence-based practice and service improvement.

Formación

• Seven+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• Expertise in falls prevention and frailty management.
• Experience leading quality improvement activities.
• Ability to work with complex clients and diverse pathways.

Responsabilidades
