Precision Health Care, part of the Royal Rehab Group, invites applications for a Physiotherapist in Dubbo. You will join a supportive team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and allied health staff to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation.

The role emphasises client-centered care, professional development, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, supporting patients in achieving rehabilitation

Qualificações

• Tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy (essential).
• Current AHPRA registration (essential).
• APA Membership (desirable).
• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain).
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).

• Deliver evidence-based therapy for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.

• Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with standards.
• Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision.

About The Role

In this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.


• Deliver evidence-based therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.


• Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care.


• Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.


• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards.


• Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions.


• Support community-based initiatives and health promotion programs where required.


• Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.


• Develop and strengthen client relationships to support long-term health outcomes.

Professional development is a priority here, with regular in-services, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in-house and external Pilates training.
