Job summary
Royal Rehab Private Petersham is seeking dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our private rehabilitation hospital team. You will provide compassionate patient care in an inpatient setting and support recovery journeys.
The role offers ongoing educational support, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive hospital environment. This casual/temporary position is based at Petersham.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Certificate and/or undergraduate nursing student.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated digital, verbal and written clinical communication with effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience with working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient’s rehabilitation goals.
- Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the hospital.
