Job summary

Precision Health Care in Dubbo is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans and deliver musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.

With access to an onsite gym, private consultation rooms and opportunities for Pilates training, you’ll build strong client relationships, contribute to community health initiatives and pursue ongoing professional

Qualifications

  • Tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy (essential).
  • Current AHPRA registration (essential).
  • APA Membership (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Commitment to customer centred care and long-term patient relationships.
  • Criminal record check, Working with children’s check, and NDIS screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

About The Role..

In this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care.
  • Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions.
  • Support community-based initiatives and health promotion programs where required.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships to support long-term health outcomes.

Professional development is a priority here, with regular in-services, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in-house and external Pilates training.
