Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join a private practice in Point Cook, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role starts January 2025 and offers a diverse caseload and opportunities for professional development.

You will assess, diagnose, and tailor treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports injuries; provide rehabilitation for all ages; work within a multidisciplinary team; and maintain thorough clinical notes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience in private practice.
AHPRA registration and full qualifications in Physiotherapy.
Experience in manual therapy and rehabilitation.
Strong communication and patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
Provide rehabilitation and preventive treatment for adult, child, and elderly patients.
Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress reviews to ensure effective recovery.
Work collaboratively with other health professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
Educate and provide guidance to patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation in line with professional standards.
