Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Sydney is seeking a passionate physiotherapist to deliver community-based care across Aged Care and NDIS. You will assess, treat, and empower clients to move better and live more independently in familiar settings.

Join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to personalised care plans. A current driver's license and willingness to travel are preferred; open to new grads.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist registered with AHPRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
