Job summary

Agrifutures is partnering with a national healthcare organisation to expand community Physiotherapy services across the Gold Coast. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexibility and real support to help clients improve mobility and independence at home.

You will deliver practical, person-centred physiotherapy across home-based programs and rehabilitation in the home, hospital in the home, private services and support at home. Excellent opportunity for all career stages.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in rehabilitation and community-based care.
• Confidence working autonomously while remaining connected to a broader clinical team.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete physiotherapy assessments within clients’ homes.
• Develop individualised rehabilitation and exercise programs.
• Support clients to improve strength, mobility, balance and function.
• Implement falls prevention and mobility strategies.
• Support clients after illness, injury or hospital admission.
• Help older Australians maintain independence and live safely at home.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with nurses, care partners and other Allied Health professionals.
