Frontline Recruitment Group in Mornington VIC is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality services across Aged Care, Private and Community settings. The role offers flexible PT hours (3 days/week) with potential to grow to full-time, on the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle.

You will assess, treat and rehabilitate clients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualificações

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications.
• Authorisation to work in Australia.
• 3+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation.
• Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
• Working across Aged Care and Community environments.
• Developing individualised treatment and care plans.
• Working with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining high standard of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
