Job summary

Ready Steady Rehab is seeking a mobile physiotherapist for contractor work serving clients in the Mornington Peninsula and East Melbourne. You will deliver home-based physiotherapy within Support At Home and NDIS, plus privately funded clients.

Join a small, experienced team with a patient-centered approach. You’ll work autonomously, with flexible hours, across Melbourne’s suburbs. Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, own ABN, car and insurances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Physiotherapist, community experience preferred
• Unlimited AHPRA registration, no practice conditions
• Own ABN, car, indemnity and public liability insurance
• Fully vaccinated with 3 COVID-19 doses
• Current police check/NDIS screen or willingness to apply
• Self-motivated and autonomous
• Ability to manage and grow client base
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care in the home
• Develop personalized exercise programs to improve strength, mobility and balance
• Communicate professionally with patients, families and other providers
• Complete clear, timely documentation of assessments and plans
• Monitor and reassess treatments and adjust as needed
