Job description

Grow your clinical expertise in a role that values independent decision-making and career progression over paperwork.

We know the drill. Most community roles promise autonomy but then bury you in complex software, mandatory check-ins, and endless paperwork that keeps you away from your clients.

At LiveWise Health, we do things differently because we’re actually physios ourselves. We’ve stripped away the micromanagement and the rigid corporate systems. Our goal is simple: we provide the support you need to do your job with a focus on clinical education, then we get out of your way so you can focus on re-ablement and clinical outcomes.

LiveWise Health provides community services through the Support at Home (SAH) program predominantly, alongside private and NDIS services. We are a sustainably growing company with desire for experienced clinicians who want to take on mixed clinical and additional roles.

What you’ll need:
  • Experience working in the sector is highly preferred, some experience as a physiotherapist is mandatory.
  • Valid Physiotherapist certification and full AHPRA registration.
  • Currently residing in Melbourne.
  • Driver's license and car essential
  • Professional Indemnity insurance.
  • Valid national police check.
  • Flu and COVID vaccine.
  • Candidates with a proficiency in another language such as Greek or mandarin are strongly encouraged to apply.
About your team:

We believe our therapists set we apart – providing a supportive environment for them to thrive is the key to success. Some benefits include:

  • Potential for career growth and the chance to take on tailored roles as the company expands.
  • Training and support through regular literature and practical-based learning sessions.
  • Two-way, forthright communication - our directors are hands-on clinicians and physiotherapists.
  • Collaborative and streamlined administrative tasks to ensure that we can focus on our clients.
You will be:
  • Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' and participants' physical condition and creating personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and techniques to address their specific needs.
  • Working with SAH clients to empower them to achieve their health and mobility goals.
  • Traveling to their locations throughout Melbourne to independently deliver one-on-one and group physiotherapy sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including treatment progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the company's leadership team to refine and expand our service offerings.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders, such as family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Prescribing equipment to maximise independence and safety.
