Job summary

SA Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to work across community service centres with a consumer-directed care approach. You will plan, deliver, and evaluate integrated physiotherapy services while contributing to the supervision and development of junior staff, allied health assistants, and students within a collaborative environment.

At the AHP2 level, you’ll apply your clinical experience and developing generalist and/or specialist knowledge to improve patient outcomes and service delivery

• Role focuses on planning, delivering and evaluating integrated physiotherapy services.
• Involves consumer-directed care across community service centres.
• Registration requirements to meet current standards (where applicable).

Job description

You'll work with increasing autonomy, while also contributing to the supervision and development of junior staff, allied health assistants, and students - all within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Working across community service centres, you'll take a consumer-directed care approach, tailoring support to meet local community needs through prevention, early intervention, treatment and ongoing evaluation.
• At the AHP2 level, you'll use your clinical experience and developing generalist and/or specialist knowledge to plan, deliver, and evaluate integrated physiotherapy services.
• Work with us - Yorke and Northern LHN.

What you need
