Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Murrumbidgee/Griffithand surrounding area. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients funded under aged care programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.

This part-time role offers flexible work arrangements with three weekdays, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive multidisciplinary team united by BaptistCare’s Well-Living®

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA
• Experience assessing needs and developing programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings

• Excellent written and verbal communication, and computer literacy

About The Role:

BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Murrumbidgee/Griffithand surrounding area. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

This is a part-time role working 3 x weekdays per week.

Your Team:

You’ll be joining an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well. About You:

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
