My Guardian is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in Sydney, delivering evidence-based care across aged, disability and home-care settings. We welcome fresh graduates and experienced practitioners to assess, plan, and implement treatments that improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

You will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, in roles that can be full-time or part-time, with opportunities for professional development, alignment with AHPRA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is required.
• Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapy Board of Australia) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients to evaluate function, mobility and pain.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.

Physiotherapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services. We are passionate about empowering our clients to live independently with dignity and respect.

As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and self-driven Physiotherapist to join our team. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, while supporting Aged Care and NDIS participants to improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. In this role, you will work closely with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function across a variety of settings, including acute, rehabilitation, and community environments.

You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. We are open to full-time or part-time Physiotherapists to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels
• Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy and exercise programs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimise outcomes
• Educate clients and carers on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and mobility aids
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and confidentiality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is necessary
• Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapy Board of Australia)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
