Allsports Physiotherapy North Lakes, part of the Healthia network, invites a compassionate Physiotherapist to join our North Lakes and Redcliffe clinics on a full-time basis. You will focus on meaningful client outcomes, learning to communicate effectively and apply health-change strategies to improve lives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a committed and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time basis to support our thriving North Lakes and Redcliffe clinics.

In this role you will focus on making a difference to your clients' lives, not just getting them out of acute pain. You will learn communication and health change skills to connect with your clients and will improve their lives with the skills you possess.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription and education.Collaborating with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Delivering hands-on therapy and supervising exercise programs tailored to client needs.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, driven in their pursuit of ongoing learning and professional development, and consistently strives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes. The candidate may be a recent graduate, early career or a seasoned professional with extensive clinical experience.
