Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team delivering home-based physiotherapy in South East Sydney and surrounding areas. You will conduct evidence-based assessments and interventions with a focus on reablement to help older adults stay independent at home.

The team operates within a well-supported, multidisciplinary environment, and offers flexible work-from-home options with no weekends or shift work, plus access to professional development

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop programs for aged care clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
• Focus on reablement and restorative care to help clients maintain independence and mobility.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in South East Sydney - North, Randwick, Mascot, Surry Hills and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy

• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
