The Jobseeker Agency is seeking a full-time, permanent Physiotherapist to work in Kincumber on the Central Coast within a residential aged care facility. You will assess residents, advise on rehabilitation programs, and support goals while collaborating with the care team.

Requires full AHPRA registration; new graduates are welcome with sponsorship available. Salary ranges from $80-90k plus super, with training and career progression opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC.
• Oversee and run group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes with physiotherapy aides.
• Deliver Chronic Pain Management Program.
• Implement and upgrade rehabilitation exercise programs.
• Communicate with a larger health-practitioner team.
• Deliver manual handling training competencies.

About the organisation:

This role would be to work for a leading provider of allied health services in residential aged care facilities. They provide these services to a range of organisation, as well as providing clinic based and community services in certain locations

Duties

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC
• Overseeing and running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes alongside physiotherapy aides.
• Delivery of Chronic Pain Management Program

• Communicating with a larger team of health practitioners

Requirements:

• It is a requirement to be a fully AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
• It is preferable for the person to have previous aged care experience.
