Job summary

APA Group seeks an Operations Security and Access Manager to lead the Operations Physical Security Team across sites in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth. This full-time role reports to the Head of Risk and Resilience and delivers Physical Security Uplifts and BAU governance to protect critical infrastructure and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering physical security projects across large infrastructure.
• Strong budget and financial management for large programs.
• Solid understanding of access control systems and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Security Uplifts to Critical Infrastructure assets within budget.
• Drive efficiencies within APA and vendors while maintaining compliance.
• Provide operational security technology to asset owners and teams ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Uplift and maintain access management standards and authorisation processes.
• Establish BAU security methodologies, monitoring and incident management across sites.
• Create and maintain governance covering facilities, infrastructure and personnel access.
